The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of rings, forgings and metal products. It was incorporated in 1981 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Naquera, Spain. The company is primarily involved in pouring molten metal into molds or dies to form castings. It makes castings and further manufacturing, such as machining or assembling, a specific manufactured product. Its products include open and closed die forgings, seamless and welded rolled rings, superalloys, rolled and welded sheet metal and wear resistant castings. In addition, the company is involved in the following activities: performs operations, such as cleaning and deburring, on the castings it manufactures; and performs processes, such as tapping, threading, milling, or machining to tight tolerances, that transform castings into more finished products.
